You can begin without previous philosophical training. Topics are introduced progressively through explanation, questions and practice. For the Academy, the teaching team can help you identify an appropriate starting level.
Eight sessions take place online and in Livorno, on the Saturdays listed, from 9 am to noon, Italian local time. Recordings and materials let you follow in your own time. Each session includes forty minutes of guided meditation. Teaching is in Italian.
The final retreat is optional and recommended. It takes place in person only at Istituto Lama Tzong Khapa, within Educazione del Pensiero e Igiene Emotiva. Registration and the fee are separate and handled by ILTK.
